We are proud of the outstanding agents that comprise the firm with over 600 years of cumulative real estate service. Thanks to our many customers and clients over the years! We are celebrating the companies 42nd year. Dean Gilbert, Realtors started in a small second floor office in the former Grayson County State Bank Building in August 1971. Dean and Gail transferred to Sherman with Texas Instruments in 1966. Dean attended Austin College part time and graduated in 1971. After eight years with TI, Dean left in 1972 to pursue a career in real estate.
Dean Gilbert, Realtors is a full service realty company offering services in residential, commercial, land and asset management. After expanding our office in the Grayson Bank, we constructed our existing office at 801 E. Taylor in 1978. Running a real estate office is a team effort of dedicated staff and talented agents that work long hours to make their clients successful in acquiring or liquidating their real estate holdings. We have been honored to serve and we owe a debt of gratitude to many local families. Our Office on a team concept with everyone focused on high quality service to the buying and selling public.
