General Eisenhower enjoyed a ?big Texas breakfast? in the dining room of the Birthplace before taking part in a parade and a community barbecue in his honor. Enjoy free thematic tours of the Birthplace house featuring preparations for General Eisenhower?s 1946 visit and the Big Texas Breakfast. Light refreshments will be served.
